Richard drove us down to Mount Gambier so Mom and Dad could see The Blue Lake and Umpherston Sinkhole. The lake was bluer the last time I saw it but it was awesome to visit it again with my folks this time! :)
We tarried on to Port Fairy where we stayed in an adorable cottage. The next day even though it was rainy and windy we headed off to see the Bay of Islands, Bay of Martyrs and London Bridge. Then stopped at Port Campbell to refuel and the sun came out just in time to see The Twelve Apostles. All amazing to see!
Wednesday we headed out to Albury/Wodonga for a couple of days. We drove through Ballarat and on our way up to Bendigo we took a bit of a scenic route...until it was noticed that because the driver needed a pie we went off the beaten path and swirled instead of slid.
Arriving in our place for the night we were quite happy to have all the modcons in a gorgeous townhouse.
