Today was another wonderful day even though St Paul's let us down and the London Dungeon ride was broken. We walked to Westminster and the line was long and the price almost 20 GBP, which I didn't need to spend because it was an awe inspiring sight to behold on it's own! It was so spectacular that the only way to describe it is this...I had tears welling in my eyes. We ran over to Harrods for a browse. Saw some gorgeous confectionery and unbelievable pastries. Stopped and saw the memorial wall for Princess Diana and Dodi. We hired bikes and road through Hyde Park to get a picture of Peter Pan Statue (Finding Neverland...see it if you haven't!). We walked to Oxford Street and wandered down New Bond Street which I don't think the four of us together make enough money in a year to open a door to one of those shops let alone buy an item in one.
Friday night in London-town...had me smiling!!! Richard and I spent a glorious evening watching "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Shakespeare's Globe theatre on the bank of the Thames. The play was for lack of a better word aaaahhhhhmazing! The actors were terrific and the crowd was right into it. Our seats were perfect...front row seating which put us in perfect sight-line with the acting on the stage, no tall people standing on the ground either.
Truly a great day!

Fun traveling with you. Can't wait to see where we go tomorrow.!
